Lipstick feminism seeks to reclaim the traditional sexualization of womens bodies by encouraging things such as wearing make up and sexual or revealing clothes. The idea is to reframe the sexualization as an act that is done for the self rather than for the male gaze. Lipstick feminism typically targets groups that have been desexualized in societies eye, eg. elderly women, mothers, plus size women 

Icarus is the son of the brilliant Athenian inventor Daedalus. Daedalus and Icarus were imprisoned in a labyrinth that Daedalus originally created to contain the deadly Minotaur. To escape, Daedalus fashions two pairs of waxen wings, assembled from scraps of leather, metal, and thread. He warns Icarus to not fly too high or too low, but Icarus, driven by his curiosity and joy, flies too close to the sun. The wax melts, his wings disintegrate, and he tumbles to his death in the sea.

To be complicit in an act is to enable or support it, even if inadvertently or through inaction (eg. not speaking up about something). For example, purchasing clothes made with child labor makes one complicit in the act.
